Cancellation Policy
Cancelation & No Show Policy- 24 hour notice is REQUIRED for cancelations. Less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the appointment & the next session will need to be prepaid. No call- no show will be charged 100% for the missed appointment due immediately via Zelle/venmo. Any balance left unpaid will result in not being able to book another session until it is paid in full. *** I understand life happens and all clients are give a ONE time pass. Policy will be enforced after that***
